I am a one-woman business, doing everything myself from beginning to end. This includes measuring, mixing, melting, pouring, cooling, designing labels, cutting labels, affixing labels (and boy is it a pain to get those stickers off their backings!), trimming the shrink wrap, placing the wrap, shrinking the wrap, receiving orders, sorting orders, filling orders, packing orders, and getting orders off to the post office.
Ok, ok. Sometimes I force my husband to help with the labeling bits.
But in the end, this is just me doing this because I enjoy it and I find it fun. And I -am- human; it is possible I will make mistakes. That being said, if I do make an error, I will do my utmost to fix it and make it right for you. You just have to let me know, and we'll go from there.
